At Green Anatomy, we stand by our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your Green Anatomy order. If you received a product that was damaged in transit, or if you experience an allergic reaction or are unhappy with your products, you may return or exchange orders made within the last 15 days (from delivery date), provided that no more than 50% of the product has been used. We regret that shipping costs are not refundable.

Please Note: Only items purchased on MyGreenAnatomy.com may be returned to us for refund or exchange. Green Anatomy products purchased from other locations must be returned to their original point of purchase. All returns will be credited back to the original credit card used, within 10–12 business days of our Returns department receiving your order. Please download, complete and include our Returns and Exchanges form in your return package.
